Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Customer Orders: Please allow 2 weeks for us to process your custom order, giving us ample time to order materials, if needed, consult with you on design, and execute quality craftsmanship. Expect an email within or at the end of that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!
  • Pre-Made Retail Orders: Please allow 5 business days for us to process your order. Expect an email within or at the end of that timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP - 2006 Pine St. Granger, IA 50109

  • Orders can be picked up on week days, from 8am - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please arrange a pickup time with us via email at weatheredvane@gmail.com or by call or text (515) 290 - 4281 or (319) 325 - 4743. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within 25 miles of our shop at an additional fee of $10.
    ** If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
  • When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of the total number of items.
  • We do not ship outside of the United States. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Read the full Return and Refund Policy here. 
  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at weatheredvane@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
